WATCH: Brady Fights Boredom in Patriots-Giants With Sideline Yoga

What's the best way to kill three and a half idle hours on a football field? If you're the NFL's most pliable man, the answer is obvious: yoga.

Tom Brady unsurprisingly didn't play Thursday night in the New England Patriots' preseason finale against the New York Giants at Gillette Stadium.

By the second quarter, though, the 42-year-old quarterback apparently was getting restless. So, he decided to limber up a bit.

Don't mind the GOAT; he's just doing some yoga.

Wide receiver Julian Edelman tried to join his quarterback, but clearly lacks the balance Brady developed over years of sustaining peak performance with his TB12 Method.

At least Edelman saw the field, catching one pass for 20 yards before allowing Demaryius Thomas and Josh Gordon to steal the show.

Brady and backup Brian Hoyer enjoyed uninterrupted zen, as rookie QB Jarrett Stidham played the entire game, a 31-29 Giants win.
