    Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax's Accuser Goes Public

    A woman who accused Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax of sexually assaulting her in 2004 hired Christine Blasey Ford's legal team to represent her. Gov. Ralph Northam kept avoided the public on Tuesday, amid ongoing calls for his resignation. News4's Julie Carey reports from Richmond.

    The woman accusing Democratic Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax of sexual assault 15 years ago has hired Christine Blasey Ford's legal team to represent her, NBC News reported.

    Vanessa Tyson, an associate professor of politics at Scripps College in California who is currently on leave, has accused Fairfax of sexual assault in a hotel room at the 2004 Democratic National Convention in Boston.
