Delaware's Secret: Mystery Bras Spotted on Utility Poles

Bras of all colors and sizes have been found wrapped around utility poles in front of homes and businesses along Route 9 West between Lewes and Harbeson.

It's not quite Victoria's Secret, but it's still a mystery for a few Delaware communities.

Bras of all colors and sizes have been found wrapped around utility poles in front of homes and businesses along Route 9 West between Lewes and Harbeson. So far no one knows who placed them there or who they belong to.

NBC10's Tim Furlong did some investigating of his own, checking with Overstuffed Sandwiches and Woman's Touch Consignment Furniture, LLC, in Milton, Delaware, as well as a local breast cancer organization.

All three told NBC10 they weren't involved in the bra stunt and had no idea who was, though the breast cancer organization did say they wish they had thought of it.

Some residents said the bras could be connected to the creepy "Pole Family." The wooden utility pole which is frequently dressed up to resemble a man and woman has been on Route 9 for several years though its creator has never been revealed.

NBC10 reached out to Delaware State Police to see if they were investigating. We have not yet heard back from them. For now, both the bras and the "family" will remain unsolved mysteries for Delaware residents.
