An App That Helps You Be Present

A local Bostonian created an app to help people living a more balanced life.

Seriously. Mindfulness practices help people be more present in the current moment.  It’s something we need to practice and now we can, with the new wellness app Prezence.  

Boston local Colleen Hayes found mindfulness practices to help improve her life and wanted to share that with other people.  
She and her team developed the  app to walk people through a “pause,” both morning and night, to bring more balance and light to their lives.
