Chili's Lifts Lifetime Ban on Pam Halpert from ‘The Office'

The ban had been in place for 11 years

Yes, God is back at Chili's.

The beloved Pam Halpert of the TV show "The Office" was banned from Chili’s in 2005, after she got too rowdy during The Dundies award show. But 11 years later, it seems the restaurant is ready to let bygones be bygones.

Jenna Fischer, who played Halpert on the show, tweeted a photo of herself in front of a Chili’s restaurant on Monday. "Should I try to go in?" she wrote.

The restaurant responded with a joke about Halpert’s messy night at the Dundies, saying, "we hope you felt God tonight."

Soon after, the restaurant released a statement announcing that it was lifting the ban on Halpert.

"After reviewing the good conduct of Pam, I have decided to lift the now 11-year ban," said Kelli Valade, President of Chili's. "Pam is an inspiration to many and we welcome her with open arms."
