Report: Gronk Expected to Be Active for Thursday's Game Against Colts

Gronk reportedly may hit the field in time for the Patriots' Thursday night game against Indianapolis.

A source tells ESPN's Adam Schefter that the New England Patriots star tight end is expected to be active despite his questionable status that limited his practice on the field this week and his time in Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins.

Rob Gronkowski was sidelined on Sunday due to a right ankle injury.

The Patriots face the Colts Thursday night in Foxboro with a 2-2 record after beating the Dolphins 38-7.
