Two dogs were found inexplicably roaming the busy Tobin Bridge Thursday afternoon and rescued by a couple of motorists and Massachusetts State Police troopers. The dogs were spotted on the bridge, New England’s longest, by some motorists about 3:30 p.m., according to a Mass State Police tweet.
