Strong winds gusted across Cape Cod, the Islands and parts of New England along with rain as the fringes of Hurricane Dorian passed over parts of the region early Saturday. Provincetown, the northern tip of the Cape, saw winds of up to 63 mph, while winds of 58 mph hit Welfleet, Massachusetts and Charlestown, Rhode Island. In Boston, 32 mph winds were recorded.
