Already? Snow Could Hit New England Next Week

After days of clouds last week, we enjoy a sunny weekend across New England.

High temperatures today will climb into the 40s and 50s this afternoon under the sun, despite the very cold start. Lows dipped into the 20s and 30s in many cities and towns during the morning hours.

A few extra clouds drift in tonight across Southeastern New England, with a spot shower there. We’ll be in the 30s to near 40 there, but with mostly clear skies farther north and west temperatures will slide into the 20s and 30s.

Also don’t forget to “fall back” by setting your clocks back one hour before you go to sleep.

Sunday brings more sunshine with highs in the 40s across Northern New England, where there may be a sprinkle or a flurry with a few extra clouds, and 50s in Southern New England.

Monday is also nice, with sunshine and highs around 50.

We briefly warm back into the 50s and even near 60 on Tuesday, but we also see more clouds and a few rain showers.

Temperatures cool back into the 40s and 50s midweek, before another weather system brings the risk of a chilly rain late week. Across Northern New England some of this storm may actually fall as snow or a wintry mix, since highs at that point may stay stuck in the 30s and 40s.
