Spectacular Weekend Featuring Low Humidity, Plenty of Sunshine

After a soupy and stormy end to the work week, a refreshing and sunny weekend is ahead of us.

High temperatures on Saturday will reach the 70s to near 80 under sunny skies with a light northerly wind. At night temperatures will again slip into the 50s and 60s for most.

Humidity stays low on Sunday with more sunshine. Winds turn to the south and warm more of us into the 80s.

Flooding, Damage From Friday Storms

By Monday and Tuesday of next week temperatures will be in the 80s to near 90 degrees, with the exception of south facing coastlines. Humidity creeps up by Tuesday as well.

Much of next week will be similar: seasonably warm with a bit of humidity. The risk of a few pop up summer storms also returns during the middle and end of the week.

Also by mid-week, we’ll be keeping close watch on what may be a hurricane passing well off the New England coast.

Tropical Depression 3 is right now spinning off the Carolina coast. It’s expected to organize as it shoots northeast next week, passing well off of New England Wednesday into Thursday.

While it’s expected to safely miss us, we will watch for a slight uptick in wave action by then.
