Hub Cooking Club: Mac & Cheese
The Hub Today’s Anna Rossi is putting a fall twist on a classic comfort food with Megan Mainzer, Co-Owner of Bella Luna & Milky Way.
Fall Mac & Cheese
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup of romano cheese
1/3cup shredded yellow cheddar
1/3 cup roasted butternut squash cut in cubes 8oz pasta Salt & Pepper
Panko Breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Add cooked pasta of choice to pan
2. Add heavy cream
3. Add all types of cheese
4. Stir
5. If too thick add more cream
6. Add squash or vegetable of choice
7. Stir & Pour into baking dish
8. Add bread crumbs & sprinkle parmesan on top Bake for 2 minutes at 500 degrees
9. Serve
