Purple Cauliflower Roasted Sage Soup

Ingredients:
1 Spanish onion
1 head of garlic
1 purple cauliflower
1/4 cup cream sherry
1 quart water or stock
1/2 stick of butter or not
Salt pepper
1/2 stick of butter
1/4 cup chop garlic
1/4 cup pine nuts
12 sage leaves
1 lemon
Salt pepper
Directions:
Saute the onion and garlic with the butter.
Add pine nuts, sherry, cauliflower, stock, lemon juice and sage.
Cook for 15 minutes before putting in the blender.
Blend together and add salt and pepper.
