The Massachusetts ProStart Invitational is an annual competition by the Massachusetts Restaurant Association wherein students develop a proposal to open a restaurant. 2024 Culinary and Management winners Jahsmine Son and Haley Kittridge stop by the studio before heading to the national competition next month.
