Watuppa Rowing Center Raising a New Generation of Athletes

The Watuppa Rowing Center is coaching a new generation of athletes in Fall River. In 2020, the program received grant money from the Head of the Charles and the Golden Cup to continue coaching students at no cost. Head Coach Sandra Cardillo shares how the program positively impacts these students on and off the water.
