Consumer Reports: The Future of Car Repair

In what could be an automotive first, Tesla has fixed a braking problem that Consumer Reports recommended. The over-the-air update, or OTA, helped with the improvement of the vehicle’s stopping system. NBC10 Boston’s Leslie Gaydos explains how OTA could be the future of the automotive industry.
