Consumer Reports: Used Car Seats May Not Be Safe

Because kids grow so fast, many parents buy used items like clothing, toys and furniture. But safety experts at Consumer Reports say one item parents should think twice about buying is used car seats. NBC10 Boston’s Leslie Gaydos explains why.
