Joshua Barocas, an infectious disease specialist in Boston, says if President Donald Trump is sent home Monday, the White House will need to make sure that he quarantines. Dr. Barocas also says it’s difficult to know whether Trump’s condition will worsen, or if he’s already seen the worst of it.
