Dorchester Battling Graffiti Problem: ‘Just Ugly'

Wall after wall in Dorchester is defaced as graffiti keeps popping up in the Boston neighborhood. Frustration is mounting, especially for those striving to clean up this section of Dorchester. The City of Boston is doing what it can, launching a website to help report problems. The city also has what it calls a “Graffiti Busters” program that targets hard-hit areas.
