Parents Split as COVID Vaccinations Start for Kids Under 5
This weekend, the CDC approved the use of the vaccines for kids between the ages of six months and four years, a year and a half after adults received their first jab. But there seems to be some division among parents. A national survey last month found 18% of parents with kids under five would get them vaccinated as soon as possible, while 40% said they’d wait. Another 27% said definitely no to vaccinations. Health officials are encouraging parents to take their children to their pediatricians to get vaccinated.
