Troubling Number of Working Women Facing ‘Burnout Epidemic', New Survey Shows

The Deloitte survey, which included 5,000 women in 10 countries, shows 53% of women surveyed are more stressed than they were a year ago. Another 10% are actively looking for a new job and say their mental health is lacking and report a nearly nonexistent work-life balance. The top reason? Burnout.
