Study Finds 140,000 Lives Saved by US Early COVID-19 Vaccination Program

A new study out of RAND and Indiana University found that 140,000 coronavirus deaths were prevented in the U.S. as a result of the early vaccination campaign. In addition to the prevention of thousands of deaths, researchers also estimate the economic impact of the vaccine program to be between $625 billion and $1.4 trillion.
