2005 Arroyo Sex Assault Allegation Documents to Be Released Friday

Boston City Councilor Ricardo Arroyo, running against incumbent Kevin Hayden in the Suffolk County district attorney’s race, sued for the release of documents related to allegations of sexual assault made against him when he was a teenager in 2005.
