A man has been charged with manslaughter in the death of a woman who was fatally shot at an apartment in Conway, New Hampshire, overnight.
Connor J. Macleod, 24, is accused in the death of Alexis Leach, 23, at an apartment on Council Road, according to the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office.
The shooting was reported about midnight Friday morning, officials said. Leach was rushed to a hospital and later pronounced dead.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the neck, and the manner of death a homicide.

Macleod has yet to be scheduled for arraignment on the manslaughter charge.
