Olivia Adams, a mother of two from Arlington, made a more streamlined vaccine sign-up website than the one Massachusetts made, all while on maternity leave. Here she explains to NBC10 Boston’s Abbey Niezgoda the feedback she’s gotten as well as how it came to be that residents couldn’t easily figure out where to get vaccinated.
