Mass. Man Accused of Abusing Dog

A man from Framingham, Massachusetts, has been accused of abusing a dog after he was allegedly seen swinging the dog by its leash and throwing it into the woods. Aramis Ortiz allegedly told officers he got mad when the dog urinated in his girlfriend’s apartment.
