Dorchester Hit-and-Run Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

Luis Santiago is being held on $1,000 bail after pleading not guilty during his arraignment in Dorchester District Court Friday morning on charges related to a hit-and-run crash. The 27-year-old is accused of critically injuring an 11-year old-boy, Francis Nedwell, who was crossing Columbia Road in Dorchester last month while walking to school.
