The star made the announcement on his Twitter page on Wednesday night where he listed which cities the stores would be in.
The location of the Boston store is 899 Boylston Street.
On Friday and Saturday the store will be open from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. and from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Shoppers can expect to see merchandise from the singer's The Life of Pablo tour, including t-shirts and sweatshirts.
