In the past two weeks, our Capitol has seen a lot – riots, a second impeachment of President Trump, increased security and preparations ahead of the inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris. It’s a lot to process and kids are watching. So, how do you have conversations with them about what they are seeing? Maria Sansone spoke with global curriculum developer and educator Gahmya Drummond-Bey about how to make this a teachable moment.
