Legislators Debate Regulations on Short-Term Rentals

Massachusetts lawmakers held a hearing on Tuesday on a bill that would tax and regulate short term rental services like Airbnb. Some Boston residents say a bigger issue is that developers are now turning their buildings into short-term rentals which is causing a lack of affordable housing.
