Man Charged With Enticing Teen at Kingston Mall

53-year-old Martin Joe Rosa was arrested after allegedly making sexual advances on a 15-year-old teenager at the Kingston Collection Shopping Mall. A friend of the 15-year-old contacted police, where a detailed description was enough for Rosa to be located and arrested.
