Police on Cape Cod are looking for three suspects that they believe were involved in a chase with a stolen car, according to the Dennis Police Department.
The three people - two men and a woman - abandoned the car in Dennis Port, according to police, but it is believed that they are now near Patriot Square.
One or more of the suspects could be armed, and "possibly trying to get transportation off Cape".
