One person was killed Friday evening in a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 495 south in Tewksbury, Massachusetts.
Massachusetts State Police are investigating a fatal crash on Interstate 495 southbound in Tewksbury.
The single-vehicle crash happened near exit 39 just after 6:30 p.m. Friday.
NBC10 Boston Sky Ranger showed the vehicle in a wooded area.
Authorities said the driver was the only occupant.
The crash caused police to shut down the right lane of the highway while they cleared the scene and investigated.
