Boston Officer Lends Hand to Boy In Need of Transplant

A Boston police officer has created quite a bond with a 3-year-old boy, who he’s never even met. Kolton Hessman, who lives in Knoxville, Tennessee, is in desperate need of a heart transplant. Officer Kevin Welsh, who sends Hessman numerous care packages and keeps in touch with his family, is hoping to get the word out to help find donor.
