Massachusetts Tow Service Allows Impaired Drivers to Hitch a Ride

A Massachusetts tow service wants to keep the streets free of drunk drivers this holiday season by offering free vehicle pick up service to impaired drivers. The “Tow Drunk to Drive” program out of Chelmsford is in its second year and aims to prevent tragedies from happening.
