Moisturizers Tips for Kids

We’re all washing our hands a lot more lately, and that means we’re drying out our skin. If you’re running low on your favorite moisturizers, don’t worry. Lifestyle expert Anna Rossi has some tips that can help. First: Anna recommends checking the ingredients profile of your favorite creams and lotions. You might already have some of those ingredients, like jojoba oil, aloe vera jelly, vitamin E oil, and argan oil. Second: don’t forget your kitchen can be a great resource. Things like sunflower oil, coconut oil, grapeseed oil, and olive oil can all be rubbed onto your hands for a little extra moisture. Keeping your moisturizers in sight can help you remember to reapply frequently. Anna recommends keeping some near the bathroom and kitchen sinks, on the coffee table, near your bed, and near a door to the outside. In the morning and in the evening, squeeze in a little extra moisture where you can. For example, Anna recommends using excess face cream on your hands. And at night after you’ve moisturized, put gloves or cotton socks over your hands before you go to bed. That way you can lock in the moisture overnight.
