Mother Stages Fake Kidnapping Threat with Headless Doll

Florida police have arrested a mother accused of orchestrating a fake kidnapping scheme targeting her 12-year-old daughter. Investigators say 36-year-old Tammy Steffen had a friend place a headless doll on her own porch as a way to get back at a former business partner.
