Brewster Restaurants Worry Plastic Utensil & Container Ban Would Hurt Bottom Line

Seven of 15 Cape Cod towns, including Brewster, are moving towards rules that would ban the use of plastic or Styrofoam containers and utensils, instead requiring take-out customers to bring their own or buy it from the business.
