Cape Cod Women Fall Victim to Puppy Scam

Truro residents Barbara Wohlgemuth and Carrie Stapleton bought a dog bed and collar and toys in preparation for their new Maltese puppy. But excitement turned to despair when they realized they were the victims of a puppy scam.
