Chelsea City Manager Discusses Reopening City Amid COVID-19 Pandemic

The Massachusetts city with the highest rate of COVID-19 infection right now is Chelsea. Health officials say as of Monday, there are 1,840 positive COVID-19 cases and 93 deaths in the city. Chelsea City Manager Thomas Ambrosino spoke with Audrey Asistio on what reopening the city looks like.
