Cleanup Underway After Heavy Wind, Rain Leaves Thousands Without Power

Gale-force winds lashed much of the northeastern U.S. overnight, prompting flash-flood warnings and knocking out power to tens of thousands in the height of the storm. Thousands of people were still without power in Massachusetts Tuesday morning.
