Custody Battle Brewing Over Seized Circus Elephant

Alabama animal control officers have seized a circus elephant named Nosey and taken her to a Tennessee sanctuary after numerous citizen complaints about the conditions she was being transported in. WAFF’s Lindsey Connell reports.
