Digging Around the Crypt of Old North Church

Dating back to the early 1700s, more than 1,100 people have been buried in the basement of Boston’s Old North Church. Now, as the church prepares for renovations celebrating its 300th birthday, a team of archaeologists is digging around the crypt, making sure not to disturb their final resting place.
