Family Shelter in Jamaica Plain Fighting Homelessness

Family Aid president Larry Seamans says he’s glad to hear prevention is a pillar of the White House plan to reduce homelessness, and while the federal plan aims to move swiftly, Seamans says the system is straining now and that the most urgent need is additional shelters.
