Heavy Delays as Lanes Closed for Emergency Bridge Repairs on I-93 South

There were miles of delays Tuesday morning on Interstate 93 southbound in Medford, where just two lanes are open as crews work to repair the Roosevelt Circle Overpass after an over height truck crashed into it Monday night.
