Judge Breaks Down During DUI Sentencing

A Wisconsin judge was brought to tears Tuesday while sentencing a man for killing two women while driving drunk. Judge William Atkinson sentenced David Meyer to 10 years in prison for hitting and killing mother and daughter Rebecca and Raelia Penneberg in August 2017.
