Lawmakers, Leaders React to Harmony Montgomery Tragedy

Authorities announced Thursday that they believe Harmony Montgomery was murdered in December 2019, when she was 5 years old. The case has drawn attention throughout the region and some say new policies are needed to ensure something like this doesn’t happen to another child.
