Man Accused of Kidnapping Woman Child Held on Bail in Pennsylvania

A man who allegedly kidnapped a woman and her child in New Hampshire, drove them to Vermont and sexually assaulted the woman in a hotel room is being held on $2 million bail in Pennsylvania following his arrest on Sunday.
