Cooking Accident Blamed for Fatal Fire in Melrose

Firefighters responded to a fire in Melrose, Massachusetts on Wednesday where they found a woman in her 90s dead on the kitchen floor. She lived alone in the first floor apartment, and investigators say it appears something went wrong while she was preparing her dinner.
