District Attorney Warns Police Chiefs About Man Violating Release Conditions

Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz said he felt a sense of urgency and responsibility to warn all 27 police chiefs in the county about 21-year-old Christopher Barlow, who Cruz says has been violating conditions of his release from custody.
