Mass. Woman Seeks Help Getting Refund for Canceled Show

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, many people were left holding tickets for events that didn’t happen this year. A Cape Cod woman spent months trying to get a refund for Jurassic World Live that was canceled in March and had to turn to NBC10 Boston Responds for help.
